INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY-2023

21-06-2023 | Training | Venue: AUDITORIUM

      The NSS, NCC and Physical Education of our college organized the International Yoga day. The principal, staff and students all performed Yoga in the N. M . Zackriah Auditorium , on 21st June 2023, during the early hours of the day. 70 participants performed Yoga. The participants were provided with refreshments. The students learned the importance of fitness. They also experienced a relaxed and peaceful mind and body after the yoga session.
