The NSS Units of our college along with the Tirupattur Collectorate organised Voters’ Awareness Program on 10^th March 2021 for the students of our College at 11 am in the NMZ Auditorium. The Chief Guest for the day was Ms. Uma Maheshwari, Additional Collector, Project Officer TNRLM, Tirupattur Collectorate and other officers from the Ambur Municipality were felicitated. Ms. Uma Maheshwari shared valuable information with the students and enriched the young minds about the importance of their votes and how to easily apply for their voters’ id card. To create awareness videos were shown demonstrating the easy application of voters’ id card and finding details about the voters and application for lost Voters id card. The Chief Guest administered Voters’ Pledge to the gathering. To mark the importance of every vote Students formed a ‘Your Vote Your Voice’. The students were given a demo of how the AVM machines work by the officers from the Ambur Municipal Office.
